Infuse Foods With the Subtle Flavor of Cherry Wood
Like all BBQ wood pellets, the cherry variety adds its own distinct smoky, fruit-enhanced aroma and flavor to various foods. Cherry wood pellets are great for pork, poultry, seafood and veggies. They can be especially appealing if you're trying to add that coveted smoke ring to meats.
Using cherry wood for smokers will give your meat a lingering sweetness. The longer you smoke meat with cherry wood pellets in your grill, the more your dishes will resonate with the mild essence of smoked hardwood.
When to Use Cherry Wood Pellets
You can use cherry pellets for smoking any time you fire up the grill. However, cherry wood pellets are particularly useful if you're planning a low and slow smoke, as cherry wood doesn't overpower foods. The longer these pellets have to work their magic, the tastier your final dish will be.
Are you interested in combining your cherry wood pellets with another pellet type for competition-style flavor undertones? Cherry wood mixes well with any of the more intense hardwood pellets, including hickory and mesquite. Experiment by altering the ratio of cherry wood pellets to other BBQ wood pellets to come up with signature entrees and dishes.
Choosing Cherry BBQ Wood Pellets for Foil-Wrapped Recipes
Many Grilla Grills pitmasters lean on the "Texas Crutch" of wrapping meats and other ingredients in foil to get over the stall and produce outstanding results.
If you're planning to use foil, you can do it with confidence — with its hot burn and low ash, the intense cherry smoke will get the job done right. Even if you smoke your food mostly in foil, you'll still taste the hint of sweetness from your cherry wood pellets.

I thought I could save money using a couple of different brands of wood pellets. Wrong! The problem with that is there was too much sawdust in theirs. With Grilla wood pellets, I don’t have that problem. As such, I can spend more time cooking rather than cleaning out sawdust.
Thanks for the feedback Ray. Always great to hear that our pellets are up to your standards!
I definitely will recommend to anyone.
Awesome, thanks for the support Norberto!
