I’ll be honest, I was hesitant to put this on a dry aged prime tomahawk after seeing that this was very powdery and not course like other steak seasonings. However after doing a reverse sear in my Sliverbac, it was one of the most flavorful steaks I ever had. This rub is simply PERFECT for beef! Buy and apply with confidence
This stuff is heaven in a can! Wow I bought more of it Because I can already see it won't last!
I have used the Grilla Beef rub on steaks a couple of times and I think it really enhances the flavor. I do a base coat of AP, then hit it with the Beef rub. I've gotten rave reviews from the family each time. Highly recommend.
Great to hear that they're a hit with your family and friends Bryant, thanks for the feedback!
I have tried several mixtures for beef in the short time that I have had the Chimp. This is the one that I have set as my standard for beef ribs.
Very good. Only issue is if you don't use it up all at once, it will harden and clump in the bottle. (brown sugar related?)
