Become the Backyard BBQ Master
With this outdoor kitchen setup you will be able to get all of the benefits of working from inside grilling in the comfort of your own backyard. Coming in at just over 8 ft. this three-piece island comes with all of the sections of the BBQ Island that we've released to date.
The larger cabinet section has 1 drawer and 2 cabinet doors for anything you need to store.
The second piece is a smaller cabinet with two drawers built in, one for storing tools like brushes and injectors, and a second that is large enough to house a trashcan saving you from having to run inside every time you want to place something in the garbage.
Finally, the third piece is where you will be placing your grill. The grill base is customizable and meant to be able to hold most grill styles from Kamado, to Pellet Smokers and more. Beneath the 48”-wide base are 2 large heavy duty drawers where you can store fuel, tools, or anything else you may need. It even comes with a place where you can feed through your power cords should you like to hide them for a more neat appearance.
Make it your own
The Complete Grilla Grills BBQ Island comes with one of each of the modular stainless steel pieces that can be fit together any way you choose. You can even decide how tall you’d like the countertop to sit with it’s adjustable leveling feet for each section. Down the road as we garner feedback we will be creating new modular pieces that you can add-on to your island if they fit your style.
The Grilla Grills BBQ Island is made to fit each of our grills, but is also able to be used with many other grills as well. The island comes with 2 stainless steel brackets to fit the Silverbac, as well as 3-ceramic pads to fit most ceramic Kamado style grills. If you already have a Silverbac, Chimp, Grilla or Kong we can guarantee it will fit on the island. However, if you don’t have one yet, the grill base is able to be used with most grills that fit within the 45” platform!

If you are looking for a modular BBQ island for your home, look no further. Mark and team at G2 have done very well in finding a design and a structure that will fit your need at an economical price. I was looking for a structure that was not permanent that I could move around as we work to extend and finish our backyard patio and landscaping project, as this could be a focal point in that design and layout. The stainless steel and granite top make this unit very sturdy and pleasing to look at. I am curious to see how hot it may get in the KS sun and heat, but we do have a cover to help prevent unnecessary exposure. I took a risk in getting this unit and I want to help others like me who may be considering this design. Mark and the staff were great to work with as well as this site to understand the layout and provide measurements as needed. I knew going into this that I would have to have a little DIY and not all side/back pieces may fit as I have a recteq Bull RT-700 smoker. This smoker has a 40lb hopper on the back, unlike most smoker grills and has a much wider base than the Silverback, which is designed for the brackets and placement in this cabinet. Thus, I had to use a bi-metal saw to cut new holes on the smoker as well as the two provided brackets as the holes were not big enough to use with the supplied recteq bolts. I also had to drill six new holes on one side of the base cabinet and get washer style rivets to hold the provided screws in place for the bracket to be secure. After attaching the two brackets (one side secured to the pre-designed rivet holes) and then placing the smoker on the brackets, I was able to line up the newly created cut holes and secure with the bolts provided from the recteq smoker. Though the smoker is slightly wobbly, it is secure and in place (I plan to possibly add another support under the front and/or the back of the RT-700 base to eliminate any unnecessary movement). Next I was able to put one side piece on and keep that flush up against the attached two other pieces of the BBQ Kitchen Island. The back and other side pieces cannot attach at this time. (Before securing the brackets, I should have pushed them forward a bit to allow for the back piece to secure in place. The side piece will have to be trimmed to fit into place due to the side shelf that houses the PID control (see image). I was able to put the front G2 face plate on by taping down for the time being. I’ve had a couple cooks with this set up and I’m very pleased. It has great storage for all the necessary tools and equipment to stay outside and enjoy smoking foods. Now all we need is the sink/fridge combo to get here and we may be complete! We did order the meat thermometer, grease catch, the gloves, and cover. I will write reviews of those separately.
Thanks for the review Ellis!
