The temperature probe for the Grilla (not to be confused with the meat probe) is the part that sits inside the grill and reads the internal temperatures. It works with the control board to tell the motor to send more pellets to the burn pot or slow down. This is a replacement part for the Grilla and easy to install. 

Shipping:

Please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for shipment of in-stock items. We make every effort to produce your order as quickly as possible.

Returns:

We accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any fulfillment errors we make resulting in shipping incorrect products will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

RMA:

You must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning merchandise. At that time, you will be advised on shipping.

My probe went bad and Mark sent me a new one free of charge! Easy to install and works great again!

Works so far

Was having problem with Grilla shutting off prematurely. Installed new temp probe that was supplied under warranty and that seems to have corrected the problem. my fingers are still crossed.
